The new OneStop Utility Billing Account Access system is replacing the online web payment system. The new OneStop payment system has more features, including the ability to view history on your accounts and to link multiple accounts to one login username.
 
With the new OneStop system you use your email address to login. In order to sign in you must first register your email address with us. For security, you will be sent an email with a link that will let you complete the registration process. After you have registered your email address you can sign in to OneStop.
 
The first step once you have logged into OneStop is to link your utility accounts. You will only need to link your accounts once. To link your accounts to your username you must have the account number and phone number for your utility account. Once your accounts are linked you can view the history for each account or pay unpaid balances.
 
The new OneStop system adds many new features not available in the previous online payment system and allows you to have a single screen that shows you the current balance on all of your accounts. We plan to add many new features to our OneStop system in the future and hope that you find that it saves you time.

The City of Loma Linda is pleased to offer the new Auto Pay feature in our utility billing program.  Auto Pay permits your City of Loma Linda utility bill to be automatically transferred from your bank or credit card account for payment to the City of Loma Linda.  To sign-up for either of these bill payment features, all you need to do is provide us with a voided check or credit card information and submit it with the appropriate application form.  The forms are available at the City Of Loma Linda Finance Department Counter or on our website www.lomalinda-ca.gov.  Then, at the time your utility bill is generated, your payment will automatically be deducted from the account you designate.
